  • Can I upgrade my server?keyboard_arrow_down
    Yes — Webdock VPS allows you to upgrade your server by adding disk space, RAM, IP addresses, or other hardware resources through the Custom Profile interface in your dashboard on the Upgrade/Downgrade screen below any server.
  • Can I use my own iso?keyboard_arrow_down
    No. Not possible at the moment. You can only spin up server using the pre-built OS images we support and you can see on the Create Server screens.
  • Can I use the server for trading bots?keyboard_arrow_down
    Yes. There is no restriction here.
  • How can I reinstall the os?keyboard_arrow_down
    Yes. This can be done from the dashboard. Click on the Reinstall icon at the bottom of the main Server info card.
  • Do you support Windows servers?keyboard_arrow_down
    No. Not at the moment, but we are working on it.
  • Do you accept crypto payments?keyboard_arrow_down
    No. At the moment we support credit/debit cards, and PayPal. We expect to support crypto payments sometime in 2026.
  • Do you have servers in Singapore or Germany or US?keyboard_arrow_down
    No. At the moment we only offer servers hosted in Denmark which is in Europe.
  • Is port 25 open?keyboard_arrow_down
    Yes We do not block anything on our side whatsoever. However, if you are on our stacks (LEMP/LAMP) the port must be allowed in the firewall on your server (UFW). Read more here:

  • Can I change the location of the server?keyboard_arrow_down
    Changing location is not possible as we only offers servers only in one location at the moment (Denmark)
  • Can I change my server IP?keyboard_arrow_down
    No. This has to be done by Webdock Support. Please reach out to Support using our Chat for assistance.
  • Do you guys provide cPanel/Plesk?keyboard_arrow_down
    You need to install them manually on the server with a licence you bought at cPanel/Plesk
  • How do I enable direct root login?keyboard_arrow_down
  • How do I change the PTR/RDNS of the server?keyboard_arrow_down
    Set your PTR domain as the main domain on the Server Identity screen and run the tool. This sets the PTR automatically.
  • How do I retry payment on an unpaid invoice?keyboard_arrow_down
    Go to the billing screen (https://app.webdock.io/en/dash/billing)

    Click on the unpaid invoice.

    Then the "Retry payment" button to initiate the billing job
  • How do I cancel/delete the server?keyboard_arrow_down
    Hit the red bin icon at the bottom of the main Server information card.

    If your server is running beyond the trial period then you can only “cancel” the server. Once cancelled, the server will be automatically deleted on the start of the next billing cycle.
  • Do you provide refunds?keyboard_arrow_down
    Refunds are processed for servers that are in the trial period (24-hour free trial). Beyond free trial there is no refund and your subscription runs until the end of the current period you already paid for. Read more on how our billing works here:
